Personal One-on-One Coaching

Because no two people are alike and every adoption reunion is different, Personal One-on-One Coaching can focus on your unique situation and be tailored to your personality. This will enable you to express your feelings privately, with the greatest level of confidence and security. One on one coaching is the fastest way to break out of repetitive behaviors and patterns that keep you stuck so that you can move forward.

Through Personal One-on-One Coaching you can get your life back on track and gain greater clarity as well as assess what it is you truly want. Often times the problem is not that you don’t know what you want, but that you aren’t sure how to get from here to there. Through our interactions and contact with your inner wisdom this confusion will fall away and your action steps will reveal themselves.

Lets Get Started!

1. Schedule a complimentary 60 min sample session to provide you with the opportunity to find out what working with me is like.

2. Set up an initial session which will be 90 minutes long.

Prior to this session you will fill out a questionnaire that will help guide our work together.

At the end of this session your main challenges and concerns along with your most pressing goals will be clear, and one or more action steps will already have presented themselves.

3. Attend your regularly scheduled sessions.

These sessions will take place over the phone and will be slightly longer than an hour. The frequency of these sessions will depend on your situation, but usually there are one or two per week.

Your schedule will be consistent with your sessions occurring on the same days at the same times every week.

Each session will include

a centering exercise,
a review of events since our last session,
an update on your success with your action steps and
a discussion of any new challenges that have surfaced.
We will have a process, either an inquiry session or a visualization, and
then develop new action steps for you to take until your next session.

Notes of your session will be emailed to you within 24 hours.

Personal One-on-One coaching includes unlimited email support between phone calls!

8 sessions with unlimited email support - $600
12 sessions with unlimited email support - $750
Full length commitment of 16 sessions with unlimited email support - $900 (Best Value !)
Single two hour sessions are also available - $85 each
